Whenever an appointment is scheduled, we start a process of accommodating resources for your appointment in order to make it the best possible experience.
As part of the process we:
Reserve exclusive time from our professional(s)
Don't allow other appointments for that time
Reserve use of treatment room(s) Assign recovery time before and after the appointment
Get all resources ready, including product(s) and equipment
If additional product(s) or resources are required we order them
In some cases we will call additional personnel to serve you better

Appointment Cancellation(s) requires a minimum of 48 hours notice. With a notice of 48 hours or more: No charge(s) will apply. Less than 48 hour notice: 50% of the service price will be charged. Last minute/same day/"No Shows": 100% of the service price will be charged.

WEDDING EVENT CANCELLATIONS
DollFace has successfully served 120+ weddings parties at our salon, tri-valley venues and in different cities in Northern California. Some of our brides reserve their service date a few weeks or even a year in advance. In any case we are 100% committed to be there for you.
The moment you reserve a service date, we block completely all other wedding parties and regular appointment requests for that date. To guarantee your service date, we request a 50% non-refundable deposit when making a reservation. The last thing we want to ask in your wedding day is for you to pay your services balance, so the other half of the balance and any other additional services added to the event are due two weeks before the wedding day.
We have extensive experience in weddings and special events, we aim to make this a stress free and memorable experience. Thank you for your acknowledging and understanding our policies.
SPECIAL EVENT AND GROUPS CANCELLATIONS
The Livermore Spa and DollFace have successfully serviced group parties at our salon, tri-valley venues and in different cities in Northern California. The moment you reserve a service date, we block completely all other parties and regular appointment requests for that date.
To guarantee your service date, we request a credit card to have in file in case of cancellation, and in some cases a non-refundable deposit of 25 to 50% of the total services scheduled. If you need to cancel your event the following policies apply: - Two weeks notice: No charge - Less than two weeks notice: 50% charge - Same day/last minute/"no show": 100% charge. - (if applicable the non-refundable deposit will be subtracted from the charge) -
Please note that a 20% gratuity will be added to groups of 3 or more. Thank you for your acknowledgment and understanding.
